CLOSING A BET: As in spread betting, meaning to lay a bet on par with but opposite of the initial bet.

COLUMN BET: To bet on one or more of the three columns of a roulette table.

COME BET: In craps, the same as a pass-line wager, but carried out after the shooter has established their point.

COME-OUT ROLL: A crapshooters initial toss to arrive at a point, or the initial roll after a point is ascertained.

COVERALL: A bingo term, meaning to blanket all the spots on a bingo card.

CRAPPING OUT: In craps, to toss a two, 3 or twelve is an automatic defeat on the come-out toss.

DAILY DOUBLE: To choose the winners of the 1st 2 races of the night.

DOWN BET: To wager that the result of an action will be smaller than the lowest end of the quote on a spread bet, also known as a "sell".

DOZEN BET: In roulette, to bet on any of 3 categories of 12 numbers, one-twelve, etc.

EACH WAY BET: A athletics gamble, meaning to wager on a group or player to win or medal in a match.

EVEN MONEY BET: A wager that pays the identical sum as gambled, ( 1-1 ).

EXACTA: laying odds that two horses in an event will complete the race in the absolute same assignment as the wager – also referred to as a " Perfecta ".

FIVE-NUMBER LINE BET: In roulette, a wager placed on a block of 5 numbers, such as 1-2-3-0, and 00.
