Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
by Adriel on Nov.14, 2019, under Casino
If you enjoy having a a beverage every so often, leave your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, credit cards and cheques back at the hotel. Pack only the money you intend to use on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you anticipate to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Just realistic. You can have a win following a inebriated evening out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to hook a long toss at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that story because it is as short-lived as it gets if you always drink alcohol and bet. The two simply do not mix.
Keeping your money back at the hotel might be a bit drastic, but preventative measures for excessive actions is required. If you play to profit, then do not drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to throw aside your cash nary a worry, then drink all the no charge booze you are able to handle, but don’t take credit cards and checks to toss into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk head loses all the cash!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then jump on to the internet to bet in your preferred casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my abode, but due to the fact that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
Why? Even though I don’t consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is certainly adequate to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for an awful, and crazy, drink.
