Do Not Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
by Adriel on Feb.10, 2016, under Casino
If you like to have a beer occasionally, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and chequebooks out of the casino. Only take only the money you expect to use on alcohol, tips and few dollars you expect to lose and keep the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You could have a profit after a drunken night out with your comrades and be lucky enough to hit a long toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that story considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The two just don’t go well together.
Keeping your money at home is a little dramatic, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is required. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink and play. If you can afford to burn your assets without a concern, then consume all the gratis booze you can handle, but don’t take plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of following losses after your bombed head loses all the cash!
Permit me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on the net to play in your preferred online casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my abode, however considering that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards in close proximity, I can not consume alcohol and gamble.
How come? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is clearly adequate to cloud my common sense. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for a decimating, and expensive, drink.
